Refund policy

 

We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders that are placed on the weekend or holidays will be dispatched on the first upcoming workday.

The order will be sent to the stated delivery address. Which requires a valid address and phone number. Changes in the delivery address can not be applied afterward.

Shipping times are generally

  • within Germany 3 - 4 days

  • Germany Express 1-2 days

  • within Europe 3-6 days

  • Europe Express 2-4 days

  • within Worldwide (outside of Europe) 6-12 days

  • Worldwide Express 4-8 days

The exact delivery times depend on

  • type of shipment

  • holidays/weekend (days stated above is only counting in workdays)

  • customs (Worldwide / outside of Europe)

  • availability of receiver, please leave a reachable phone number for the delivery service to contact you in case of problems with the delivery

 

You will automatically be informed by email when the order has left and the tracking information for your shipment is available.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

costs come together as following

  • Using a trustworthy and trackable shipping company.

  • Price adjust to amount of items to cover costs for larger and heavier shipment.

  • Processing the order and packing each item carefully. All purchases come beautifully wrapped in a box.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTY

Please note that all shipments outside the European Union may go through customs once they arrive at the destination country.

The additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your DSTM pieces and if for any reason you are not totally satisfied you can return or exchange your purchase or gift.

Provided that the product is still in perfect condition and unworn

  • Bottoms have only been tried on over your own underwear

  • not washed

  • no irremovable stains

  • no intense smell

  • tags still intact

DSTM has the right to refuse returns that are not in perfect and unworn condition.


You must notify office@dstm.co of your intent to exchange or return within 7 days from receiving your order and the return must be received by DSTM within 7 days of notification.

We highly recommend sending your return with a registered and traceable service so your return does not get lost in transit.

For return shipments from outside of the European Union, special papers are required due to customs that will be given to you from DSTM.



EXCHANGES

will be processed within 2 working days and DSTM will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

REFUNDS will be processed within a week of receiving the item. Refunds will be made by the original payment method for the cost of the items. Shipping is not refundable.

Please note that GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable.
