RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your DSTM pieces and if for any reason you are not totally satisfied you can exchange or get store credit for your purchase or gift within 14 days from ordering.

Provided that the product is still in perfect condition and unworn

• Bottoms have only been tried on over your own underwear

• not washed

• no irremovable stains

• no intense smell

• tags still intact

DSTM has the right to refuse exchange items that are not in perfect and unworn condition.

You must notify office@dstm.co of your intent to exchange within 7 days from receiving your order and the exchange item must be received by DSTM within 7 days of notification.

We highly recommend sending your exchange item with a registered and traceable service so your return does not get lost in transit.

For exchange shipments from outside of the European Union, mark clearly and in bold that it is a RETURN WITH NO DUTY PAYABLE.

Please note that GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

Will be processed within 2 working days and DSTM will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
